Where were you when you first watched ”IT” mini series, 20 something years ago? I was hiding under my kitchen table, and no, I’m not kidding. The new movie looks AMAZING and I cannot wait to watch it. Nostalgic feelings ❤
Halloween – It’s only fair to finish this with a movie I watch every year. It’s freaking ”Halloween”. Keep in mind we don’t celebrate this holiday here in Bulgaria, but it was always an interesting to me since I was a kid. That was due to the candy and scares, two favorite thing of mine. So if you haven’t seen it, it’s a classic and just do yourself a favor and watch it.
After work two of my colleague decided to be funny and scare the SHIT out of us waiting at the front door of our office dress liked this
You can’t even imagine how much I screamed when I saw there faces against the glass door. HOLLY FREAKING HELL.
Have a great night guys, stay scares and have a good time.
The Exorcist – If I had a top 10 favorite movies of all time, well be sure that The Exorcist will be in the top 5. I still remember watching this movie for the first time. The same night I couldn’t fall asleep til dawn, and when I actually feel asleep this is the face I saw.
With amazing acting, writing, directing, and cinematography. The Exorcist is an epic classic film with one of the greatest openings in cinematic history. It’s a must see!!!
The Shining – This movie has left a big impression on me. It’s one of my all time favorites. Stanley Kubrick may not stick to the book, but man oh man did he made something impressive. And Jack Nicholson’s performance is one of his best, at least for me. Great movie and I can re-watch it anytime.HERE’S JOHNNY!
Dracula 1931 – Two words, BELA LUGOSI. He is and will always be the face of Dracula for me. He is an amazing actor and his performance is iconic. His gaze is hypnotic, the whole scenery is so creepy I love it.
I remember a quote from Tim Burton’s ”Edd Wood”, where Bela is talking to Wood and he said ”If you want to make out with a young lady, take her to see “Dracula“, this is one of the affect this movies has. An all time favorite!
A Nightmare on Elm Street – One of my favorite horror movie series (and I’m not including the 2010 version, sorry but there is no Nightmare on Elm without Robert Englund as Freddy). And after a Nightmare marathon why not watch Freddy vs Jason too.
One, two, Freddy’s coming for you.
Three, four, Better lock your door
Five, six, grab a crucifix.
Seven, eight, Gonna stay up late.
Shutter 2004 and Shutter 2008 – Both the original Thai version and the American are great and worth watching. I don’t understand all the hate for the remake, I liked the atmosphere the movie had, there are some great shots of Japan and Tokyo in particular. Anyway if you are up for some good Asian horror this title is for you. Enjoy
